Good episode.
The visual quality was alright, the fight scene well directed, and the plot pacing at good speed.
Favorite scene was the Takamachi family bath time, cute moments with Fate mama and bonding with her family.

I thought they had skipped over the family bath time, instead, they just relocated it to this episode.

They did some rearrangement last episode too. IIRC in Vivio's spar with Nove, she used Sacred Heart to transform in the manga. She didn't even have it by the time by the spar in the anime.

I'm actually kinda curious to see how strong Nove really is. But damn...Fate-chan in this episode...my heart.

Fate-chan is stealing the show a little too much in both ep 1 & 2 but hey I'm not complaining!

Huh... I didn't notice the first time that they actually enhanced the animation for the OP, specifically the Vivio vs Einhart fight which now has different storyboarding and animation, making it look better.

Also, nice to see Subaru and Teana get a good portion of the spotlight after so long.

Einhart adult voice sounds good, but I don't picture her loli voice to be like that at all. I guess it's to be expected when Noto doesn't voice lolis (to my knowledge) and both the adult/loli voice of Einhart sound the same.

A pretty good episode. I enjoyed the short but entertaining fight with Nouve and Einhart. Both sides got some good shots in there. And not too unbelievable that Nouve didn't quite win considering the fact that she probably hasn't been in a real fight in a while.

Good to see Subaru and Teana again. Both seem to be doing just fine. Wasn't too much effort needed to and pick up Einhart after she collapsed after the fact. They were probably the best developed of the new cast coming out of StrikerS so good to see them.

A tricky condition that Einhart has going on there. Hard to imagining inheriting such intense memories from so far in the past. Those memories pushing her forward to prove the strength of that fighting style. Just using that to drive herself forward.

And yeah, nothing wrong with the bath time there . A fun little trio of characters.

I wonder how bad the censoring will be for the onsen episodes. Unlike the bath scene with Nanoha, Fate, and Vivio there was a ton of full frontal nudity during the Onsen episode. I still find it humorous that Nanoha Vivid never shows Nanoha and Fate's nipples when they're naked and yet it has no problem showing the nipples of all the other characters.

What? Anime nipples exist? Main characters don't have them, unless we have that special occasion where it's worth more money on bluray. Yea! I don't care personally even if it is silly.

High School DXD shows uncensored nipples all the time in their TV airings.

That said this episode was..okay. Not enough Vivio for my liking but the fight scene was nice enough.

If you factor in the detail that she was actually calculating the whole thing out and planted a tracker on Einhart at the moment where she appeared to just be hitting her all-out in a burst of anger, you can realize that Nove wasn't really fighting to win. She was just trying to avoid making it too obvious that she was losing on purpose. The whole point of Nove getting into the fight was to enable others to track down the serial brawler: she was never truly planning on winning by herself.
