Didn't the episode cut the part where Taiga asks Shirou if he likes Rin?

The Anime cut the part where Archer explains about Miracle Marble.
Doesn't mean he won't use it.

The Reality Marble explanation is there. Only the broadcast version cut it. About this episode...

Pretty much everything happened the way I expected it, so I can't really be disappointed. Best part was Taiga again. Her Neco-Arc face was hilarious.

There's something that I'm confused about. At this part of the VN, wasn't there supposed to be a scene where Rin had explored the shed; along with explaining (some things) about projection?

Also, I wonder if the viewers (old and new to the series) would be able to see a hint of Shirou's "disturbances".

Fun episode. Rin and Taiga had a lot of great expressions. Archer came off less antagonistic and more sympathetic too.

Hopefully we see Rin in her PJs next episode.

Fun episode.
Not a lot of action, but had a lot of dialogue that I enjoyed reading in the VN.

The archer and Shirou scene in the cellar is good stuff.

Shirou has pretty clearly become conscious of Rin by this point, the episode even spells it out. Archer's atagonism was more clearly explained too.

There was choice for that, but Ufotable completely skipped this choice. Probably because it's one of the five "ending deciding" choices.
Basically during whole route there are choices which give you affection points. Either for Rin or for Saber. If before the end you have four or more points for Saber and eight or less points for Rin, you will get Good End. In any other case you get True End (or Dead End on 12th day if you have less than two points for Rin). There are a total of five choices where you can earn points for Saber. So far Ufotable obtained one Saber point, when Shirou saved her from Archer's a shot in episode 3. And one avoided when Shirou decided go to Matou household in episode 9. And two others were completely skipped. In this episode, it was the fourth choice and probably most outstanding because it was basically that you get either Rin point or Saber point. Scene that you're talking about is played when you choose Rin in this choice. With one already avoided Saber point this would mean True End. But apparently Ufotable either has different plans or simply wants to keep ending uncertain as long as possible.

Yay, Rin has invaded Shirou's house. Now he'll never get rid of her. That moment when Shirou opened the door, saw Tohsaka, then closed it again, ha. Then Taiga is completely overwhelmed by her argument and nonchalant attitude. Was there a cooking battle this route? Well, Sakura is mostly gone after this point, so not sure, but probably not. So far Rin is still at the teasing rather than flirting stage, but then things got serious, with both Rin and Archer arguing with Shirou's ideal, or rather his borrowed ideal. Even Saber's interested in how Kiritsugu was after the Fourth War.

This was probably the last regular episode then for this season? Fun to see Shirou and Rin growing closer, especially before things get worse next week.

Because she probably realizes how similar Shirou is to Archer. She has seen Archer's memories and thinks the way he lived and died was foolish. Shirou seems to be following the same path. That is why I think she is angry.

The part she is specifically upset about is what The Green One, under my post is saying.

Especially considering she's the kind of person who lives for own sake. Like she told Shirou she won't do something if she herself isn't also enjoying it. Basically her personal philosophy is at odds with Shirou's.
