I've thought about forming clubs before, but in general have been too lazy about it. Heck I haven't even decided on any to join.
I've been known to make plenty of avatars, but I've never tried to make an animated gif before. Probably because the program(s) I rely on don't seem to be able to make them. And in general I haven't practiced with them. Sometimes I think about whether or not to show off some of them.

Those killer-eyebrows are sexy D:< ( lol j/k ) But I was going for personality-wise. No doubt all the girls are cute in some way. But yeah, the frenchfries thing was adorable like mentioned earlier. C: |

I know it's early days, but it sure looks as if this show is taking the Japanese anime-otaku community by storm. 2channel is already up to over 25,000 posts, and the most recent thousand were posted in 3.5 hours.
Sankaku (ttp://www.sankakucomplex.com/2009/04/05/k-on-madness-begins/) has already linked to several fan-made videos based on the show, and the art -- some nsfw, including on Sankaku -- is pouring onto the Net.

Not too impressed with this show. It doesn't have anything that makes it unique or really interesting. The animation movements are really nice. But why is the art such a stray away from the original? Th ED is more impressing than the OP. I'm thinking the Haruhi band part was popular so Kyo-ani decided to go with that. I hope it gets more interesting.

How good is K-ON!? Good enough to loop the OP/ED constantly on half of my desktop. Seriously.
Popularity will kill the popularity of this series. The OP is better than the ED, IMO. The presentation of the ED is more appealing, but the song isn't compatible with me. The OP is just damn catchy with less Engrish. So I watched this series with lots of expectations. The first episode was sadly above average at best, even if it was funny in some parts and kept my interest throughout. However, the OP/ED kept my expectations alive. Since it's a music anime after all, the OP/ED pretty much foreshadows what they could do and how interesting it will become. I'll be looking forward to the characters' progress; it should be fun to watch.

A KyoAni series beside Haruhi where I actually like the whole main cast? Blasphemy! I refuse to believe this. I don't even know my favorite character yet, that is quite odd. This looks like it'll be better than some of the other KyoAni shows I forced myself to digest...
The ED is definitely better than the OP, but the OP is OK. This show looks like good entertainment, I'll be keeping myself busy for sure .
