I think you've just found one of the reasons they're in the game. This game is pretty much the only place where they can expand these two, what with Graham already looking ready to kick the bucket any day on his photo in StrikerS.

Lack of impact is more correct. I'm sure most had forgotten about them until now. Still, the choice to add them into the game certainly isn't an outlandish one. Other than mook mages, they're the only other characters from A's who did some fighting that weren't in the previous game.

I think the Liese Twins are ok. Apparently they will fight as a duo which can be interesting(also accurate to their in-canon abilities as one of them is a combat specialist and the other is a spellcaster specialist).
I agree with Raiser, while they don't make that big of an impact on the screen(save for the wonderful kick Lotte delivered to Chrono xD) they are pivotal to the plot, without them the Wolkenritter and the Nanoha team would have understanded each other much quickier. Also they dare to "kill" the four greatest characters of A's.

Reminds me of how Ryoko Asakura re-appears on the "good guys" side to save Kyon xD

I didn't realize they were going to be a two in one slot kind of deal. That makes them interesting.
My comment was more along the lines of... out of all of Vivid, A's, StrikerS, and Force, they're the ones you choose to add? This was before I learned they were two in one (which is unique, if nothing else), so they do add something new to the fighting. Again though, without that I just find it a bit of an odd decision when they have so much they could add. |

The funny thing is that A's takes place on planet Earth while ViVid's plot is placed on Mid-Childa(mainly) and Force is on Ruwella. How Vivio, Einhart, Tohma and Lily end up on Earth xD? They don't just travel in time they also traveled across space and dimensions xD
