It was obvious that Iria's mom route was over in the previous chapter when he saw her at the graveyard.
He is not going to skip what happens between Iria and Sora in Belka. He'll just go over it in the next "Iria" chapter like he did with the rest.

Hopefully, that seems to be the pattern with the other girls. This novel is not mature rated but would have liked at least some bit of 'live' commentary instead of 'the next day'.

With the level of detail and chapters of pure monologue, I read this novel quickly that I even forget that I read.
What happened to the need of the horn and Iria, he freed the elf and the beast girl? (it seems that the MC is a donkan chara?)
The monologue when meeting Cecil is unsatisfactory, I want despair not netori.

All that remains is for the protagonist to start seeing himself in the child and for some reason the child swears revenge against him for misunderstanding the death of the mother as his fault

A possible scenario
The MC forms a bond with the child
In the invasion something happens and the mother dies, the child blames him
The MC feels bad
The end

Of course there is a point
It's something common in characters either heroes or anti heroes (any type actually)
At some point a child will appear that reminds them of either the past or what it could be (or sometimes nothing, just to remember something inside that they forgot)
It doesn't have to be developed for years to grow, it's only a component for the MC growth (just as a powerful enemy is to demonstrate the progress and effort of the MC)

In the end it's just a speculation that I don't want to be fulfilled
And I wish he was just acting in front of everyone

Random though, I think Ayaka was aware of the oni attack before it happened, that's why she told Sora to find Claia, don't know if she's in cahoots with them or realized by any other means.

Thats weird where i'm at he is currently dealing with the guild +- chapter 30, but the art from yuunagi with mc ksising the loli girl , gave me the vibes of romance, but maybe its like you said its just stockholm syndrome after something happen or whatever happened there
