Basically I want a manga with a male character ( id prefer if he was a teenager not some old guy ) and a older women ( doesnt matter how old just not all wrinkly and super old? xD )

I'd prefer if they had some sort of relationship ( siblings, lovers or whatever )
also id prefer if there was a bit ( or more ) ecchi / nudity in it.

One's i have read and liked...

Minamoto-kun Monogatari ( Im really hooked on this one for some reason so any like it will be good

Wasn't there a series about a guy and some witch that was protecting him from some other witches? Can't remember the title.
There's the classic Aa Megami-sama as well.

You probably mean Witchcraft works, but it doesn't fit to condition

Neither Megami, heroine might be millennium or so, but she easily pass for university student.
