I have enjoyed your rush.
I impressed your zeal for MOE.
See you at next year's saime! Thank you!

I got exactly 30 with my name on it (I had to keep entering my name in, so I went as Anonymous for a few more). I lost my timing and didn't have anything in reserve, so I wasn't very efficient. Plus I had to take breaks to go lawl in the secret challenge irc channel.

So, I guess it was a good idea for me to prepare 7 templates...although I wasn't expecting to use all of them, of course.

Edit: Just counted. 23 posts from me.

I prepared only 7 too. 4 for the purple rush and 3 for the pink special rush that KaneDragon, todkapuz, and I did. The rest were copy-paste and quick editting within 30 seconds.

Spoiler for Current Totals:

Honestly, I thought the detected fakes would be higher by now.

Though looking at the hourlies, I'm leaning toward Tsukasa is currently having more fakes slipping through the filter.

I left off my name on a few of my posts, too. It wouldn't save my name for some reason.

EDIT: Or not. Looks like I managed to remember to put it in each time after all. Someone else copying my posts (just as I copied theirs, lol) must have thrown me off.

I made up these numbers. However, from what I have seen in the anime, it is not unlikely.

It seems like there's an almost consensus view that Konata would vote for Kagami among the Hiiragi sisters.

On a side note, i've always been a bit puzzling why Kona-chan never classifies Tsukasa as a tennen kei.

Anyway, i shall vote for the-one-who-was-hit-by-a-volleyball.

Awesome stats. Now to figure out what records we broke!

And wow, I'm 16% of the posts. How many unique posters were there?

It was kind of Spammy, but not bot-like repeating cycles, so they'll at least not be too put out since it was honestly people posting.

Oh and this:

"Bakayaro."

I see it as:
http://changi.2ch.net/test/read.cgi/...5593799/48-350

On time*: 7 ALL TIME NEW RECORD!

margafred, RenaDansen, Neutralizer, KaneDragon, Todkapuz, Kirino, Toast

*remember ontime has only been calucated for the FIRST time .. 32:00
now due to the downplay of the 45 second to 30 second... other ontimes really can't be calculated right...

On time Rush*: 9 (breaking posts 57, 58) not an all time record.

9 + 41 + 10 + 15 + 8 + 8 +8 +1 + 6 + 10 +25 + 5 +5 + 6 + 5 + 3 + 4 + 3 + 11 + 3 + 10 + 11 + 14 + 8 + 3 + 2 + 9 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 3 + 1

**I coutned a few posts... they didn't use our templatse.. but its close enough and they used a vote code... I think a foriegner ... so I give a thumbs up and say it counts!

Total Posts: 250 .. um.. yeah... you could say that is a record... by almost a factor of 10.

Rush #92 shall be the new standard to beat... although I dont recommend it on a regular basis...

Archive Up

2008 Rush Stats Updated, and Completed.... that's it folks fo 2008.

ABOUT DINNER

The metric was to exceed "29 ontime unbroken" which has been defined as the number of unbroken rush templates starting from the origin time (32:00) on ... this rush only had 9 such before the first break...so out of this technicality, I am not obligated to "pay-out" ...

However... the second rush was 41 ... while it doesnt count in the way we do the metric... I feel it has merit.. and I want to encourage continued participating in 2009....

So I'll make a compromise.. since I'm fairly centrally located... (all things equal) in the US ... I invite all of those whom are active in this thread prior to this post to a New Years Party (Shogatsu desu yo!) at my house... December 31st 2008 / January 1st 2009... and I'll take those who participated in this rush out to dinner on December 30th. I will offer some of my 2400 sq feet of floor space for a place to stay 30th night, 31st night. Other food, drinks, party stuff, etc is byo. This is conditional that there are enough people interested. PM me for more specific details at a later date.

Active is defined by me as someone whom has partiicpated on a fairly regular basis, specifically round 2 to Semi finals.

and I'm spent ... time to refuel and watch the chaos that is the end of this round.

Excellent job, todkapuz. Everyone, let's give todkapuz a round of applause (which he can't hear anyways) for a job well done and thanks for taking on the role of leading the rushes. Eyes will be one you again next year so don't burn yourself out yet

So tl;dr for today's rush

- We broke the on time record (7 ppl hit the scheduled time perfectly)
- We broke the record for the longest unbreakable post (41 posts)
- We broke the total number of post for a single rush (250 posts)
- We broke the 2ch record for making a voting thread close early before it could even reach the 500th post (reach 501kb after 432 posts)
- We broke the record of spamming without being ban by the organizer.

Another possible record to be break
- Making Todkapuz broke in just 1 night for holding a New Year party (spend more than 10000 US dollar for a party)

I think the LS-spammers in the last round beat that easily. Weren't the threads closing at less than 400 votes then?

I started the rushes this year, so give me a mention, too.

And while I'm on the hunt for e-peen, I organized the 4-Hina challenge and provided the templates, while todkapuz decided on all the times. Lots of PMs and irc-chatting to make this possible.

Wish I could be there for the party. I'll make a toast to you from here in SC.
