I was actually thinking the same thing: he's probably going to put himself in the game as a grunt somewhere. He's done it before in Peace Walker as a MSF team member and I belive that the previous games had him in there somewhere as well.

MGS Peace Walker there was no crawling, but now it's back but they took out the inch worming crawl of MGS4.

More like you need to lie down for several minutes to recover the health to full state without using any recover item. Anyway, regenerate health is not a new thing in MGS series as it had done since MGS2.

I would think that's some sort of ability which aids in her aim, that's why she's a sniper.
