Hmm, I thought Raww's evil laugh was pretty good. Although I can't remember many evil laughs I've heard in anime.

Definitely........his seiyuu does evil voices really easily. Just look at Sanzo in Saiyuki, he made a good guy sound evil.

nothin beats rau's laugh in ps2's EA vs Zaft. Its one of his responses if you play as him after u kill another MS. Pure sickness.
