Well I just finished watching it....and although it ended, it was a pretty crappy ending...it just leaves you hanging wanting to find out more about what happens after.

I think it needs an OVA or Movie just for finality sakes.

The rumors of a second season to Seed have been quashed according to an article on the CGO where he states that there would not be another gundam series for 2 or 3 years. Whether it is a sequel to Seed or another one-off series we don't know. Bandai may churn out a movie or ova, but there is nothing really left to tell.

I hope they at least put out a movie.

I hope so too. But I got the feeling that even when the movie or the second series come out, another war will start between the Naturals and Coordinators again.

The question is that enough for a second series. Seed was never about the relationships. It is kinda hard to continue with Seed given that the main antagonists are quelled.

And as for the movie it is most-likely because I think every Gundam series has come out with a movie I'm not sure...But i think that was right except for 08th MS team

Guys, Gundam Seed 2 has been confirmed. Gundam Seed was wildly popular in Japan, so Bandai, being the smart economics bas***ds that they are (

), are deciding to milk the series. I thought the original was done VERY well, definitely not overhyped like Naruto, which, I remind you, is just DBZ with more characters and plot. I just hope they don't give into the "more fighting/more explosions = good!" mentality that ruins so many good anime series. :\

That's not true. G gundam and Gundam x have not had some sort of movie tie-in.

oh yeah check out aeug.blogspot.com they have an interview with the director of Seed. He mentions in the interview that the planned movie has been axed.

Where did you hear that Seed2 has been confirmed?

well like it or not it was about relationships. Maybe that's not why they started it but in the end it was all relationships which is why I didn't like it that much. The main story ended up sort of shitty the way the finished it. Why can't they just resolve these stories in 50 episodes

I miss Gundam Seed so much. I still listen to the opening themes at least 10 times a day each. *sigh* Well according to this thread, a movie is a high possiblity, but it has been axed, and a 2nd series has been confirmed, but it isn't coming...

A: Fllay was suppose to be a human bomb. She returned as a human bomb to Archangel. She was going to blowup outside of the ship along with Ssigh. Then Kira was going to die with Athrun losing an arm...

Sounds like a better ending....

Yes, that's always funny. Personally if I think something is boring, I definitely won't keep watching it. That's what the trash can is for, and which is why I gave up on GSeed around episode 40
