Typical Chinese chaos. But as always, entertaining. Nice to see one series go to 5. Uzi put Royal on his back. No way to cover that because Corn and Cola were very sub-par. Clearlove almost saved EDG, but Namei's positioning in teamfights was too much of a liability.

Better ban his Irelia and keep giving him Ryze, his TP's were such on point.

So the people that just started the game have an easier time early, and start later with skill shots, in my honest opinion.

Exactly, They could have first picked Ryze but they didn't in a logic defying choice.

Without some outside motivation (ie foul play), I just don't see why they would play pick and bans the way they did in game 2 nor 3 considering how the previous games had went.

like the analyse desk said, NWS pick and ban phase aren't their strong point.
I mean, they banned out Rammus when they went against Alliance and lost against them in an perfect game.
Considering it was only 1 game, but still that Rammus ban was out of no where and to be honest, really stupid.

Those PBE notes are further de-emphasizing the early game and putting more importance on late-game. I'm not sure if that's good for the game overall.

There's also additional advantages to the defending side, which again may not be a good thing. Watching teams spending 20 minutes trying to siege a base without actually engaging is not very interesting, imo. Dota has a similar mechanic in the form of the defending team's high ground advantage, which led to extremely defensive gameplay like the famous 100-minute game in TI3.

As for the preseason changes, the plethora of strategies that can be put into effect, as well as the various number of possible contingencies will both rise. Some things never change though: I doubt anyone will bother with purchasing the Elixer of Ruin (unless the buffed turrets are THAT powerful now).

Anyhow the jungle changes have me grinning.

EDIT: Change of mind, maybe a ranged support could benefit from Elixer of Ruin for siege scenarios.

I finally lost my shit...
I gave the team a 20+ kills lead(half of the kills goes to me and the other half is assist kills) in the beginning and we could push mid to win but they all went retarded somehow going separate ways and got gank'ed.

Pretty standard for people levelling to:

1. Be far more fixated on kills than objectives.
2. Not getting armor penetration - especially that Talon....
3. The support building....more like a Kayle or Teemo should.....
4. Some pretty weird summoner spell choices all round aside from you....

Yep, seems like standard general ignorance for those levelling.

ADC: Varus (!) v Twitch
Sup: Zilean v Janna

SSW will need Akali to snowball hard otherwise she'll have very little effect against Kayle and Zilean's protection spells.
