Well, the cover page shows that Zoro left arm is actually there, as there is a slight bent in the elbow area of that arm, aside for him having his 3 swords with 2 of them unsheated....

Well I don't get it I looked at the pic 12 times already and I see 4 maybe there will end up being three, but all I see is 4. I don't know how your are sure one is empty or how you can even debate on that

Look harder then. It isn't a very difficult thing to notice. There is no hilt or tsuba on either sheath except the one closest to him. There are not four swords and he is not missing an arm. There's no arguing the fact. It's plain as day.

Very easy to see. Blue circle. Two sheaths with no hilt or tsuba, and a very obvious groove for the sword to rest in. Only one sword is sheathed. The second sword is in his right hand near his head. The third is in his left hand, largely covered by the banner image. You can still see it, though, cause it's right at the bottom. Show me where in that image a fourth sword is.

No hand so maybe i9t is bent, but I did notice the swords

No, it's not bent. It's physically impossible for his sword to be in any position but being held. It's not being carried by his sash because we would see the hilt. The only way it could possibly be held up if he were missing an arm is if he glued it to his leg.
