I like how Tiger revealed how he know Jake can read minds, he showed Bunny that's always a good thing to have a secret identity.

That power would seem a little too... Overpowering to me, but if that's true it would explain the whole ordeal with Kotetsu having an orange glow.

I'm calling Kotetsu's "orange glow" is actually the suit projecting it to him from the screens/visuals/helmet.
Maybe a dangerous situation or the suit somehow malfunctioning or damaged.

A pretty good ending, though I was a bit annoyed at how Lunatic played no role in any of this arc. A huge, dangerous criminal is on the rampage and the Heroes are backed against the wall,... what was the point of introducing the character in the first place if he wasn't going to play some role in the end?

Well he was probably curious on how well the heroes will deal with this situation, if they wern't able to defeat Jake then he probably would have stepped in. But he will probably appear in the next arc
