You are correct. Kozumi states that line during the hotpot celebration in the clubroom (chronologically right after the end of Disappearance).

Some of the ones I have remembered and not forgotten again while reading this that haven't already been stated:
"Just whose head did this storm pop out of?" - Kyon, Episode six.
And after picking up the camera and BB guns,
K - "So? What do we do with all of this stuff?"
H - "Take everything home for now. Then bring everything to the clubroom tomorrow. It'd be a pain to go back to school at this point."
K - "Me?"
H - "You." (Love how she says that)
And then of course I would include her SOS-Brigade only smile in this.
Oh and I almost forgot Haruhi's reaction to Kyon waking up in episode nine, a quote in itself.

Of course, it is an ANIME, but I guess it would work if you meant quoting the script...
Me? That would be Haruhi's PROCLAMATION THAT SHOOK THE HEAVENS (of class 1-9) and Kyon's line at the end of Melancholy.

The reason I chose this line would be because it's so...fitting. Like with the situation (waiting for Haruhi) and frankly, watching the 2006 anime episodes totally convinced me that this was one of the best lines.

Dunno if it's really that "stupid" - it's a common joking sort of explanation for things like medicine. I've heard it tons of times before then, especially for things like particularly noxious syrups. There's no evidence that she actually believes medicine works like that.

This is really along the same line of thought as "medicine and health foods and other healthy things taste bad, while foods that taste good are supposed to be bad for your health, therefore having a bad taste is an indication that something is good for your health".

TLDR version: The worse it tastes, the better for you it must be.
