Remember the post I wrote about Noir's name and the connection to her personality? I believe that this episode only did more to prove the post right.

While the Noir of first season was mostly a quiet individual (the dark chocolate), the second season seems to focus on the inner girl (the red wine). We have Noir acting quite embarrassed in the first episode where she was stripped, and the fourth episode only reinforces the cure girly aspect of Noir. She doesn't like losing, especially to Eclair, and would stubbornly stand until she is proclaimed the victor, the same kind of determination which forms the deep taste of red wine. At the same time, she is conscious of her rather small assets, and strives to overcome those obstacles, the symbolization of that eternal goal to be the drink of the gods which all true Burgundy wine strives to be. Finally, the general playfulness of Noir, in pushing the right buttons of the ever fragile Eclair and acting all innocent while naked in front of Sinku, is the fruitiness which is an integral part of wine.

I'll be writing about the two other members of Génoise later, and after that I'll be taking requests for writing about other characters of Dog Days. Enjoy yourselves with some chocolate wine, and stay tuned for more in the future~♥

Regular non-forced smiles, jealousy, sarcasm and wit is kind of going against the Ayanami type.

Part of what makes me like this episode. Upgraded Noir from being a somewhat odd Ayanami expy to her own character in one episode.

Courvette really reminds me of Alice from Meiro no Croisee

Definitely falling for the girl, but not in super attack mode, and trying to understand the girl. Though she hasn't shown jealousy of Cinque yet, so that's one part of Alice that she doesn't embody xD

But, we may see it. I wonder if she'll ever actually get up the courage to propose to Becky?

Noir was so calm even nake infront of Cinque, and she done a good job in helping Eclair to interpret the meaning to Cinque

Eclair's facial expression was priceless

The new skill is from Shaman King!? (but who care, as long as it is good

)

And is she the strongest in Genoise? From the ED, seems like she is the only one that can use Bright Technique.

Are they intentionally making it obvious that there will be some kind of threat which needs THREE heroes and training in demon sealing? I mean seriously, if they are not going in that direction, then what is all this for?

Btw, is Rebecca wearing a partial part of her hero uniform or is that her own clothes? I ask because I noticed she doesn't have that ugly baggy pants and instead wearing a cute skirt in ep.4.

Seems. The other two might have some other specialty never revealed before, but from my current POV Noir might be it. Though sometimes her abilitles along with the rest of Genoise always get overshadowed by the heroes, Gaul and Leon

I wouldn't say Noir is the strongest. She's most likely what she said about herself: She's the center, as in the one most grounded in being able to deal with such threats. She has the talents, she has the leadership, and she has the mentality.
