More mature romance anime , (canīt find more)
examples: Peach girl - Nana - Bokura ga ita - REC - Nodame-cantabile - paradise-kiss ..
Yeah so a little bit more mature romance anime ,where it`s more the about the development of a couple and the struggles or like in Nana where itīs about a persons (love-life) . There can be sad moments and such but nothing too depressing .( ex: Felt like Nana was a little too depressing towards the end. preferably a male lead but it does not have to be. * nothing too old at least 2000 + Other elements are allowed . Drama - Action - supernatural and so on . I have not categorized my list yet but it is alphabetized . sorry Spoiler for All animes i have seen:

Clannad and Clannad After Story are missing from your list. That should be corrected.
You should also check out: Cross Game Crest of the Stars (romance is not heavily developed until the sequel Banner of the Stars) Mawaru Penguindrum Ano Hana Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun (Currently airing) Also, I know you said nothing old, but you should still consider Maison Ikkoku

Rurouni Kenshin: Trust and Betrayal aka Samurai X. It's a breathtakingly, beautiful, tragic tale, with romance being a key element of this story of Rurouni Kenshin, before he became the national figure he would later become. It's definitely not in the vein of josei stalwarts like Nana, Paradise Kiss, etc, but it might surprise you, being outside your existing anime romance comfort zone. You might lose a little bit if you aren't familiar with the manga series or the tv series based on the manga series, but this is, imo, largely self-contained (and far superior). It's definitely not for children, and used to be declared as a shining example of what Japanese animation could achieve, ie: a masterpiece. Technically doesn't fit your criteria, as it came out in 1999. But, too bad.
