I also see no use to dash cancel, even Will's other SP2 that works like one is very... useless for me excepting when using this strategy:

Will's SP2 -> Normal -> Attack Touch

Otherwise, wasting 2SP just to extend a combo seems very... useless in a fight.

I guess you can use dash canceling with fast character on block to do some highlow mixups or somethnig.

I find dash cancel to be very useful on block and there is always the situations in which you don't want to swap characters as the other guy could be waiting for a swat to meta/super.

It depends on the character really, Battler could just do endless blockstrings and frametraps instead of dash canceling, per example.

By how much does dash cancelling reduce damage?

That sounds like quite a lot for a couple of extra hits and a special that'll get damage reduced.

Does declaring meta and continuing a combo reduce damage?

Yes, because there's also the repeat scaling (based off number of times a certain move is used in the combo already, 100% - 90% - 70% - 50% - 50% - 50% - ...)

Okay, so I use three attacks, dash cancel, same three attacks, meta declare, same three attacks, sp2. By how much are the last three attacks and the sp2 reduced?

Yeeeah.... This is going to be a really random question and I apologize in advance for cutting in everyone's discussion, but, does anybody know if the new Cross sprites, like Erika, Bern and Lambdadelta e.t.c. have been ripped yet?

Oh, and also... Not like anyone cares, but! My connection sucks so I can't post an image, but I feel really proud of myself so: I finally managed to empty Black Battler's first bar of energy using Battler and Erika!

If this game gets another patch, or character, what do you think it will fix or be?

I'd really like to see Gohda, or goat-kuns, but I guess they wouldn't want to get into all the trouble, judging from Black Battler's addition and all. I think it would be nice if they at least gave them alternate costumes like in Higurashi Daybreak. Clair could very well be one of Beato's or something.

I think that Gaap would be the best addition to the game. She's been in fights before and could probably do some nifty "Queen Bee" stiletto attacks. Plus she could use holes to transport herself and move the opposing character.

Gaap is the only one who really feels like she's missing, but I'd love Clair.
