AMVs anyone? Post your favorite or post your own!

Okay so I was lookg on yotube....and I found out hard it is to find funny AMVs (because 90% of them are serious)....or other anime videos so I decided to ask the site:

What's your favorite AMV?

or

Did you make a funny AMV or video to share with us. Mine is called Tamaki man of love...and its already been posted on fan creations so I am not posting it again.

or

Whats your favorite comedy video seen on online thats not anime...

I will add my own opinion on funny non-anime videos...and thats Hard Gay videos cause I think they are funny...haha. If you like strange guys in tight clothing go watch! fooo xD.

and finally sorry if this thread has already been posted somewhere.

p.s.: include links please

I have too many favorite AMV's - but it's probably even Lost Soul for FMA or Live For More and naruto's technique beat for naruto. I don't want to post a link for technique beat on youtube since the quality is so crappy there.

Lost soul (many spoilers)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V7m6yn7P8Ys

technique beat- best I can do for quality on youtube (be sure to watch past the intro you can appreciate it even if you don't watch the show); goes through some of the techniques (jutsus) in naruto.

live for more

As far as funny vids I haven't made any, but I have plenty that others have made that I like. I've seen too many funny vids to choose a favorite. It's funny because I think it's actually easier to find funny vids than serious ones. It doesn't take much to make a funny video good - it could be crappy and still good as long as it makes you laugh. It's not that easy with serious videos.

And i'm pretty sure this thread has been done before (although I haven't seen it) simply because of the topic. It must have, but don't worry about it.

My favorite has to be Tainted Donuts. It tells the story of Spike and crew hunting down the toughest bounty of their lives, Vash the Stampede. Old, but I prefer the term classic.

Up next would have to be The chibi Things (That Kill).

My third favorite would be I wish I was a lesbian. This was shown at the first con I went to. It won best comedy of course.

While I'm not a fan of naruto, I do like Real Ninja. It's a great amv, if you use the term losely. Not all that much music.

I haven't made any though. Hell, I can barely make animated gifs.

I'm sorry but AMV.com or whatever....confuses the hell out of me. I am so confused I dunno how to download.

@___@ woa...the site...so...confusing. I am so used to the "submit here"...and thats it...everyone is happy.

I would submit mine but my mind would explode

To Kamui: I already watched and loved all those AMVs. Do you happen to know the name of the song from the Dainted Donut AMV? I didn't quiete catch it in the video.

Some AMVs not mentioned here that I like:

Still Preocupied with 1985 by Suberunker Studeosh. Mostly using Azumanga Daioh footage and set to 1985 by Bowling for soup. Its quite funny, particulary if you're familiar wth other AMVs.

Euphoria by Random Variable Productions. Its a Rah Xephone AMV set to Frou Frou's Must Be Dreaming. Pioneered a lot of new effects, but its sometimes critisized for using too many.

Oh, and I'm making my own, too. I'll post when I have a first draft ready

Thumbs up Naruto AMV (featuring "Snakes on a Plane" theme song)!!

Snakes on a Plane plus Naruto? Why the heck not?! This is my first anime music video based on Naruto, and it prominently features everyone's favourite snake, Orochimaru. The song in this video is from the Snakes on a Plane soundtrack, entitled "Snakes on a Plane (Bring It)" by Cobra Starship. Before I forget, just so I don't get in trouble, this video does feature one line of swearing near the beginning, and people who have been keeping an eye on Snakes on a Plane probably can guess what that line is.

Here is the link to the video (spoiler warning for those who haven't seen the series):

Comments are welcome and encouraged. Feel free to either comment on this thread, and/or the YouTube page for this video. I hope you enjoy this video, and be sure to check out my other videos on YouTube.

I made a Chobits AMV awhile back. I'd love for you guys to watch and post a comment on the site

It's not the most amazing thing, mostly because it was my first one, but I think it's a fun watch.

http://www.animemusicvideos.org/memb...o.php?v=109615

The song is "Stangers Like Me" and it's about how Chi sees all these humans and she reads the book trying to find about everyone around her and her past life, plus starting to fall in love with Hideki.

Some blatant advertisement...not quite AMV though, theme is pretty much blatant insanity and mayhem.

Recommendations through youtube!!!

Cool thread i was just about to start something similar to this only using youtube links as recommendation for anime It's good since i'm the type of person who has to see the actual drawings/motion images before i get a sense of whether i would consider the anime or not.

Anyways, I found these from the animemusicvideo forum, i thought it gives you a really good indication of what the movie/series are like and get the sense of the story itself. These two are my fav amvs

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KCBLZKOBw3w - princess mononoke

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=99ebFAA0mSE - pretear

Oh and i literally cried watching this one - major spoilers Chrno Crusade

I've got a list of my favorites here. The links are to the AMV.org pages, but you can probably find most on YouTube with a little searching.
