^Yep. It was adjusted after the fight against Apophis. So Ise in DxD G was still infinite during his fight against Apophis and also the one against the core of the Beast.

Sirzech and azazel's situation reminds me of the main character's situation in Interstellar. They only can watch how their beloved ones grow, get married, have children from a monitor or something, sad isn't it?

^I am accordance with you, only that the situation in where this Azazel and Sirzech is much more sad, since they can be hundreds, thousands of years for to return, after all they are fighting against the beast Thihexa (even of all ways interstellar is a film very sad and extraordinary, had that be of Christopher Nolan a director incredible).

Sirzechs and the others can probably still see Ise and the others from a monitor, though. Couldn't Ise also talk to them later on in Volume 22 (unless I'm misremembering spoilers).

I wonder, how does the human world react to the appearance of magical creatures? The some countries would've been horrified by this, they could launch nukes out of desperation.

I guess so. Most people would think they're bad and antagonize them. Others would either be neutral or completely friendly with them. I guess we'll see later, though, if Ishibumi chooses to explore that.

From my point of view if the humans knew of the existence of magical creatures, first thing that humans would do is send to the armed forces and try to kill them (as seen in fiction films), then they would experience with corpses and they would see what the source of his power (The Magic) so to finally have weapons-based in magic, it is highly unlikely that they are friendly with them.

Soooo, after spending a while away from the series, I came back and read this whole volume in one sitting.

In fairly certain that was a mistake, but I'll withhold judgement until they finish picking fragments of my skull off the walls and get me a new heart.

Well, we did just find out Ophis and GR have been subconsciously suppressing his desires until he achieves world peace, so there is that.

That's just a reason we got now. The main reason is that the editors aren't allowing it. Ishibumi must've just thought, "Okay, if they aren't letting me do it anyway, why not give a good reason for it now?".
