As impressive as 95% of the anime was ... they just kind twisted away from my understanding of Kuromitsu's motivations at the end for the sake of a "wtf" moment -- guess I'll be seeking the manga out for what sounds like a more satisfying version of Kuromitsu though this still ranks as one of the more "arty" anime series I've collected.

Still rate it an 8 or 9 and definitely something to show someone who thinks anime is "just cartoons".

I think Kuromitsu just enjoys Kuro chasing after her century after century. Its a little messed up, I mean if you love the guy stay with him, right? lol.

And yeah this is a really good example for that ongoing argument.

Lol.. correct me if im wrong but does this mean that the begining isnt actually the first time they meet but one playground Kuromitsu created for him to chase her (?). And as for the reason why the same people appear in a different era... it could be reincarnation or simply at some point cloning was available and Kuromitsu started using it to create her personal "playgrounds" for Kuro to chase XD

The animation was epic (all those matrix moments xD), great VA plus the unpredictable plot makes this anime a must see... I'll give this anime a 9/10 only because there were too many stand still momemts in the last episodes...

The ending was quite good for something that didn't even faithfully follow it's source material including the ending.

I prefer the manga overall as it emphasizes with Kuromitsu's character more and adding more twists at that (including having a total different story direction).

this anime shit me like hell there are other characters that i wanted them to be alive. so they really did revive them fucking revive they just rerolled the anime. i pity kuro for doing it again and again won't they even get tired of it. damn the f@#King woman.

seems like vanity was in play here.. but i guess kuromitsu was also making it interesting for kuro since they've been living for centuries after centuries. that's pretty boring doing nothing else, apart from sex.
