On a serious note. Dragonifying and maybe enhanced vulnerability to dragon-slayers aside. What do you guys think will be some of the side-effects of Isseis' new parentage? ie; Ophis and Great Red?

... which, in my opinion is only a temporary side effect, to limit Ise's power ups (or at least, prevent him, from being able to use Ophis / Great Red's potential abilities), for some time, and let the other members of the Gremory group undergo some developments as well.

I doubt that this limitation is going to last for a long time though...

For Gasper to be the cover means he is in the list of Ise's harem, Well there is the gun that changes the gender if you get hit created by none other than Azazel.

I think that it was mentioned that the gun was sealed though...

Of course, there is nothing preventing it, from being resealed, but they would probably require some permission from Rias, to do that...

Great Red is the key to the end game of DxD. Volume 12 Life 1 gives you the insight to the relationship of Great Red and Ise.

Normal Vali vs Normal Issei = Vali no contest. Vali's got magic skills, superior mind for tactics AND he's a born fighter. Unless more is shown on what his True Dragon upgrades give him.

Normal Sairorg vs Normal Issei = Sairorg. By roflstomp.

Normal Vali vs Normal Sairorg = Sairorg again. By probably a close fight victory leaving him never being the same again. Also Sairorg has no pre-balance break form OR balance break form he only has "Break Down of the Beast" or whatever.

Wasn't Gasper going to be in the Vol. 16 cover? I thought I saw a picture floating around here with it.

I wasn't going to mention it, but no one else pointed it out. Sairorg doesn't have access to [breakdown the beast] yet, his lion armor is a sub-species balance break. Sairaorg may have access to its normal SG form too but just not use it. Remember its supposedly an axe in its normal form, and Sairaorg had already established his style of fighting barehanded. So its more effective to use it in its independent lion form.

Sort of like Ise using Ascalon. He can but just usually finds it more effective to loan it out.

True, not to mention that [breakdown of the beast] probably has some negative effects, due to it being a similar thing as Ise's and Vali's Juggernaut Drive.

Regarding the normal Vali and normal Ise comparison, I don't see the point of doing that.

Since, it's not like Vali and Ise are going to continue fighting anyone (unless Ise fights someone in a Rating Game ) without using their Balance Breaker's or the modes they have unlocked due to managing to gain control over their Juggernaut Drive's (CCQ and EPJD).

While, I agree that Vali definitely has higher stats then Ise, in their normal modes, at the moment ... that is due to the differences in the way that Ise and Vali gain their power ups.

After all, Vali is an instant expert at everything related to combat, as long as he is interested in learning it ... while Ise usually gains his power ups, through some hard work and training ... with the addition of some ecchi things, related with oppai .

I definitely think that Ise's body, current background, is going to be enough to catch up to Vali's basic stats ... or maybe even surpass him, but like usual ... Ise is going to need to work a little bit, to achieve that...

Bikou - 175cm Tall
Le Fay - 150cm Tall (BWH Unknown)

I thought Bikou would be tall. Looks like he would be youger than I imagined(Rias, Grayfia, why are they so tall!?).

Looks like the only charcter from Vali team we dont have the illustration of is Arthur(Well, we do know how he would look from the description in the LN).

Yea Rias in the novels was shorter than Ise but in the anime they made Ise 1 inch shorter than Rias. Freakin' lame if you ask me, they better make him taller after his training session with Tannin.

Anime changed a lot of things. Though the heights of the characters are actually determined by Miyama-Zero.
Even in the episode where the girls didnt even have their clothes torn in LN, the anime made them expose their breasts for fanservice. Ironically, volume 4 where Rias and Ise went to save Gasper was the only part in LN where she had her herself almost exposed due to the magicians attack, but in the anime she didn't even get her uniform get a scratch.

-By the way, this is for those of you that buys Dragon Magazine solely for DxD short stories. Dont buy the Dragon Magazine that will be released in November and January. DxD short stories wont be included in those issues because Ishibumi is in a very bad shape and the publisher told him to have a break for a while. I think it's going to stick around for quite a while if there author was planning to get rid of that condition he would have done so when Ise got his new body. The condition helps to flesh out Ise character with some additional struggles in life and considering how successful he has been his character can use it.
Besides even though Ise has gained power from the 4 strongest dragons now that doesn't mean he is anywhere remotely close to there actual level.

True, what I meant to say, is that it won't be a permanent issue ... sooner or later, Ise won't need to depend on Koneko's help to resolve his lifespan issues.

Well that's always been case afterall Koneko told Ise a while ago there was a senjutsu method which would rapidly restore Ise lifespan it involved them getting much more involved. Which once there adults won't be an issue.

Will have to see how it shakes with his CCQ to see if it lives up to the hype at least of the heavenly dragons I my doubts but I agree that seems possible. Although I could see Ise getting strong enough to equal Ophis or Great Red that would seem like it would require either an epilogue at the end of the series or short story after the main series has wrapped set maybe 15,000 or 20,000 years in the future with Ise telling stories to his grandkids.
