These are romance/comedy manga.

Kare First Love is a romance where the couple is dating and in a committed relationship. There is a hilarious scene where the main character makes her boyfriend a gift and puts a condom inside to let him know she's ready to have sex, but they have a fight so she gives the gift to her dad instead and her dad opens it up and finds the condom. You will be in stitches, I promise, cringing and laughing.

High School Debut is a manga where the couple is boyfriend and girlfriend and in a relationship. Yoh is a cool guy and has a lot of experience and is Haruna's boyfriend. Haruna is awkward and this is her first boyfriend and she makes every relationship mistake possible, inviting him to a trip to have sex and not realizing the message she's giving, making weird dates, it's hilarious and extremely romantic and sweet and the couple is totally committed and in love.

The Devil Does Exist is an incredible romance/drama.

Wild Act is an amazing romance/comedy/drama.

Happy Hustle High has a couple dating and in a committed relationship. Sweet and funny.

These are great manga. For anime, Bokura ga Ita and Kare Kano.
