Lol, I was wondering when someone would bring that up ![]() When the idea was first thought up by some monk in a desert, he originally wrote 8 'evil thoughts'. It was only years later when a Pope renamed them as the 7 deadly sins. The eighth 'sin' was supposed to be [Vainglory], but he decided that it was similar enough to [Pride]. He'd also merged Tristitia and Acedia into [Sloth] and added [Envy] to get the seven that we now know.

great ep and interesting storyline
now i afraid i am going to get stuck with a unfinished anime or even worst a anime only ending. considering we only have the professor's word about what he is planning to do i think you are very presumptuous to say that. you have no idea what the professor is really planning and you don't know if there is going to be a bs rescue arc. Horizon might decide to escape by herself. considering how you are so not enjoying this series. might i suggest to drop this and go watch something else? i never understood the allure people have of watching then complaining about a series they don't like.

There's a decent speedsub out already for people interested and can't wait until official sub comes out in a few days just missing the monologue at the end with Masazumi summing up what has happened.
It was an extremely good episode, Kazuno and Tadakatsu together was a glorious sight to see.

Holy crap, talk about a non-stop emotional roller coaster. The action wasn't as good as last week but it was still well done and acceptable especially considering they had like 5 action scenes withing the span of two episodes. The direction was superb and really played the somber feeling of the ep well even when juxtaposed with Lord Matonobu's eccentricity. And yeah, Stardust Melodia was fucking perfect here, couldn't have asked for a better way to lead the episode out. I'd say it's the best ED of the season withholding UN-GO's.
This was just so good, Ono and Urahata are really in prime form with this series. To be honest I wasn't sure if they could pull this type of story off considering both their resumes and I was wondering why Bandai/Sunrise chose them to head the series, but now that I think about it it makes perfect sense. The showed in Saki that they can handle jugling a fuckton of characters while also balancing out a shift between comedy and serious atmosphere. They just applied their work with Saku here and ramped it up 10x. I'd also like to commend Katou Tatsuya, who is just doing an awesome job with the OST. This is definitely his best work. And of course, let's thank god that Sunrise was given this series and somehow has made the quality of art and animation consistent as possible over the past 5 episodes. If Dendeki Bunko had just given this to J.C.Staff things probably would've started looking sketchy around ep 3. I might have to rewatch the ep a couple times to get a good grasp of everything that went on, but right now I'm just high from how good the ep was. Can't wait to see what happens next week.

When old snake Tadakatsu said to his ex-comrade Sakai "there is no place for you in Mikawa" he said it because he wanted to protect him? to keep him alive to take care of the people in Musa-ship, and even maybe take care of his daughter in the future.
It surprise me, though, that Futayo Honda choose to align herself with Testament Union instead of Musashi... or maybe the only one who cares about P-01s in Musashi was Toori after all. Also kind of a surprise was to see little nerd Toussaint Neshimbara to jump inmediately in support of Toori, alongside with Noriki, while second in command ninja Tudou Crossnight stay behind. Kazuno was indeed a glorious sight. Her emotionless tone of voice and her complete devotion to her master added much contrast to the dramatic situation. |
