Looks like Fall will most likely be packed with a lot of sports shows, so I'll probably give them a try.

Some one explain what this means

is the characters cast not fixed and the anime will change the characters between seasons

I'd take it to mean that the MC isn't the pitcher, or the right fielder, or the star batter, but rather the whole team gets equal focus.

good That means this anime will not do a Major on us

Do not get me wrong, I love Major But every season there are Supporting characters that rare to Hear about after their season i just finished the fourth season and still waiting to hear something new about Sawamura after his last appearance in the Second season

and upset We did not get a match between the Cougars and the Cougars

Yay, another baseball anime. An instant watch in my books, after being impressed by Major and Ookiku Furikabutte.

I'm wondering this too. There's what, almost 300 chapters now? Not to mention it's significantly better than Prince of Tennis.

What Utsuro no Hako said. If anything, I want an adaption because it would help raise the manga's popularity. It bugs me that something as bad as the New Prince of Tennis has higher sales.

Even 2-cours anime won't be enough with this one. If only they can make it weekly or at least a 4-cours, it would be the best.

Well it airs in the morning so that increases the odds of it being longer than 2 cours

Being on TV Tokyo means it's almost certain Crunchyroll will get it, which is great since fansubs for sports shows are always iffy.

(Speaking of which, did anyone finish subbing Ginga e Kickoff?)

Yes, Doremi-Oyatsu finished some months ago. All are out there, and great.

This is the series I am most looking forward to. Hope it lives up to my expectations. I need a good baseball anime in my life.

Of course Ill like it & it won't get licensed. Sports series get no love in the US.

If you like some psychological one, One Outs is very recommended.

If you were to look at manga shelves in Kinokuniya here, the number of (long) baseball manga is pretty insane.

Yes, Baby Steps when?

I dislike watching baseball, but I'm actually interested in seeing this anime.
