It will be made by Studio 3hz (Sora no Method) and 3DCG studio Orange BTW. And they also announced staff.
To bad PV is regional blocked. I could understand why Funimation block their PVs for Russia. But why for Ukraine to?

Oh wow I wasn't expecting this one. It's a good manga but a bit heavy on details. Will be interested in seeing how it's handled.
Music from the pv sounds like Kato Tatsuya, which if it is will be great.

the PV looks good, they seems to be adapting the original art very faithfully (which for once i wouldn't have minded if they had changed it, the original doesn't look really impressive)
the story being almost episodic should help with avoiding original endings the setting and world building are the redeeming qualities of the serie |

The PV looks okay. The main dude looks like Dingo (Expelled from Paradise), but Dingo was more cooler. The voice acting of the green haired girl is a bit off. Her only sentence did not sound right at all considering what she said. I'm not sure what to expect here.
