Ahh chopsticks, one of those skills where you need to practice or you end up not eating lol Seriously its like Darts or Bowling, with enough practice you can become pretty good at it but take a year off and next thing you know you put a dart in someones head or dropped a bowling ball on your wife's foot

I'm being serious here- in UK the first time I've eaten using a chopstick in front of my British friends, they looked at me as if I was doing magic. And I wasn't particularly good at it either.
I swear I'm not exaggerating, they think being East Asian is something of a superpower.

The Chinese civilization in the ages of the past was a great and advanced civilization for centuries and centuries. They have invented a lot of things too, such as the first movable print device (before the Germans) and gun powder. Now, such an advanced civilization with such rich culture...you'd think they'd come up with something better than eating food with two little sticks, no? You'd figure they would have been the one to invent the fork or spoon.
