Considering how the girls reacted to finding out about Shizuka, I would assume Nagi having sex with her doesn't actually finalize the choice. So maybe the next arc will be Karin and Soyogi with Nagi.

Or better yet, that lesbian girl spills to the villagers, and it comes out that Nagi is the Dragon God. Now the whole village is throwing him at the girls, instead of just the granny.
