Animation delays. Made them a few weeks late, but by then there were other shows already scheduled in their time slot...so they have to wait until a space opens up again, which is March.
They possibly would have gotten one episode out around now, but the following episode was probably not ready until a week later, and by then...no space for it on TV.

Just want to say a few things about the OST.
Katyusha is the favorite of many and I like it too. Though also enjoyed, Panzerlied and the British Grenadiers. In the anime, didn't notice much that British Grenadiers had some drums - now, listening to the OST with earphones the St.Gloriana theme sounds quite good. And Panzerlied just made me smile while listening to it, such an uplifting tune.

 On a tangent, some anons compiled a good list of scanned books about tanks and armored warfare here. If you're truly interested in learning more about tanks, these books would be a good place to start. That takes care of the Panzer part, now we move on to the Girls:
