Yes, mostly due to Clarissa's influence.

Rito was so pissed that he play a Gackt album in the main hall.... everyone stood up like zombie and swooning.

Needless to say this also affect the I.S. cast as a whole, Ichika is wrong genre savvy again (thinking that he's in a G-rated family manga) and very often turn the girls on clueless, or getting molested, Houki and Rin is more tsun-tsun but every violent attempt ended in self humiliation, they also easily 'tamed', Charlotte/Charles Twins being Yaoi/Yuri fan who always get busted, Yamada and her rape fantasy (oh wait) etc.

Per my usual tradition: such kind of comedies disappear in wham episode, but it won't be too long.

Easy enough: Get an alternate version of Ichika that's female and pair him with regular Ichika. I was going to use this for FI.

Roughly 15-20 years old at average. Clarissa being the oldest at 22.

Also, Rito was the only male member, however that works (his pseudo-twin/cousin also there)

How do they not get legal trouble for putting people below 18 in the army? Shadow explicitly says that all the Child Soldiers are illegal.

How do you think a female Ichika would look like? Please don't say Chifuyu or Madoka.

In TLR Stratos it's really MST3K mantra (or rather, faulty doctrine), in Sacred Twins it's explicitly damned, then they use I.S. training as an excuse.

If you ask that, Ichika have Chifuyu's face to begin with. However I expect his female counterpart to be shorter than him, and a straight hair (not curled like Chifuyu)

Anyway, my IS story has nothing to do with Shakugan no Shana, I just wondering should I do the same thing for it as my Shakugan no Shana fic (using a pseudo-philsophical view and develop the story from it)

Nope, I mean they all excused as starting early for I.S. training, set as 12 years minimum in ST-verse, evidence however shown that all of them start too early (10-11 years) and it become a scandal for a while. This is why the rest of Europe didn't trust German.

Assuming the scenario is similar to "Tea of Sagittarius", yes, he was going to, sooner or later. It started with a sense of comfort as they're perfect copy of each other (who understand you more than yourself??), however the similarity will hit an uncanny level sometimes later, which then turn into a strange belligerent UST.

As Kyon & Kyonko put it: "It's masturbation, it doesn't count"

That's assuming you carry a genetic-related disease. As I said, deformation only happens in several generations of inbreeding, that is, your son and daughter, grandson and granddaughter from that coupling, and... you get the idea.
