Yeah, I kept waiting for those to show up, but they wouldn't, and I got bored. D; And I just never bothered to get Hanyuu screenshots.
I also want to know how to get that Rena-Rika-hug one...

I'm also missing the alarm clock thing.

These pets were ripped off of special disks that came with OVA DVDs right? That being said, is there a way to make a pet like these? Does anyone know? I ask because I really want to find/make/ask some to make a Natsumi pet.

What's that, you say? I could theoretically make pets for Keiichi and Miyo at last? Sign me up.

Again, I wonder if you can create a "secret" function to make the various pets interact.

The logical one would be that the Rena pet tries to catch all the other pets.

Natsumi, Dante: Do you have any programming experience? (What I have is currently in the form of two Perl scripts that extract data.)

As for "secret functions", I'm nowhere near that level. I can only extract (and in reverse, modify) the existing data at present.

I have a little bit of experiance with simpler things (like making a dating sim game), but if you could give a step-by-step guide it would be very much apreciated.

Right now, all my tools (two Perl scripts) are geared around extracting and viewing data, and I've put little effort into making those tools usable for non-techs. Anybody who wants to look at what I have will need to say how much programming experience they have. (PM me your email address)

Oh wow, well that was an awesome episode. Hopefully there will be a season 4 that'll cover the PS2 arcs, but this is just me dreaming :/

I agree, I SEVERELY AND PAINSTAKINGLY want Miotsukishi-hen to be animated

About Rei being the last season, I think that was confirmed before the first OVA episode came out.

Hah, after watching Umineko this seems like a breath of fresh air.

The entire episode was really funny, and Hanyuu's antennae takes the cake. There seems to be some really dark humor in this episode (poor Rena! And aren't some people gonna have a meeting with Chris Hansen at the end?

), and was parodying the main series so hard.

I was sorta expecting some cool fight scenes like I saw of the game Daybreak, but at least we got some Satoko trap (missile??) action. The mahjong scenes really cracked me up, since I like Mahjong as well as Akagi. And to have them here was pretty cool.

8/10 The ending kinda left me hanging as the end to Higurashi, but we got our wrap up and resoution well enough in episode 4, so that's fine.

Hmm its never realy over i think... well ofc the series are unless they decide otherwise. If they had wrapped it up definitly with them all grown older and looking back happy that would be a real wrap. But that doesnt realy fit the story ^^
