No, you got it wrong, my whole idea is Kazuya snaps at Chizuru, and stops looking for here but actually he still wants to see her but avoids it while she "realizes" she hurt him but still wants his attention, then afterwards like the usual tropes goes everyone start guilt tripping him into apologizing to Chizuru when it's her fault. Now stretch it Reiji's style and there you got a new while arc.

I'd pair Mini with Kazuya, first. I'd say her relationship with him (despite her being a nosy meddler with a tendency for hero worship) is the least toxic of the people in this manga.
