On the naruto manga, chapter 316 page 08 is "That's what's called a kekkei genkai" A translation error or can it be differently interpreted or something, I would think he is saying to combine two nature manipulations you need a kekkei genkai, and not that a kekkei genkai is the abillity to combine two elements and create a new one, right?

Sharingan is a kekkei genkai and it doesnt fuse two elements to create a new one.

There is no definitie answer concerning how Bloodline limits are made, but the generally accepted theory is genetic manipulation or eventual mutation.

We know 2-3 main types of kekkai genkai.

1) Dual affinities that can be combined to create a new element (the new element becomes the dominant affinity);
2) Body modification - a genetic analomy that results in a completly changed body type (i.e. Kimimaro's Bone thingy).
3) a concentrated bloodline ability found in one organ (i.e. Byakugan).

All abilities come from some type of change in the body that can be inherited by offspring.

Concerning the Kage-Bunshin clones, and non Kage-Bunshin clones: What's the difference?

Kage Bushin divides your chakra always taking half, whereas a normal elemental or other Bushin only requires a percent of your chakra to activate.

Kage Bushins can perform jutsus (since they have chakra pathways), whereas a normal bushin cannot.

Kage Bushins are the only Bushin that can send memories and experience back to the original body, whereas a normal Bushin is simply an illusion or elemental body.

Does that mean that a normal bunshin is just genjutsu or something?

Honestly, I am not completely sure. The original three E-Rank jutsus are all a little hard to figure out. Technically Bushin is a simple Illusion, but I have never seen the technique defeated with a Kai~Dispel jutsu before, so I am unsure if it can be considered a real illusion, or something more along the lines of a chakra construct made to look like someone.

So, it is a little weird, but suffice to say, a regular Bushin is considered an illusionary technique.
