I am of the opinion especially now that when Inaba said she fapped to Taichi she was not lying, I do think she does like him. Remember she did say that she could fall for him and when she was released she made a move on him, and everyone else did stuff that was a bit extreme for them but still within their personality range.

Yes, while what Taichi said was most likely made up in an attempt to make her feel better, what Inaban said was probably true.
We just saw what Inaban would really like to do with Taichi, when her inhibitions were shortly out of the way
