@Anh Minh I think you mean Gram Demolition with that description. The only mention/use of Gram Dispersion is on the bus crash in the anime.

What part of 'unable to feel extreme emotions' do people not get? He can be vaguely attracted to people (we've seen it before in the anime) but he doesn't go all lustful and stuff anymore can he love anyone but his sister or get angry for himself (all those comments about her anger for his sake is nice because he can't feel it himself).

So no 'taking' Mayumi.

There was this one time when he helped Erica tease the Kendo girl hooking up with the Kendo boy at the end of the first arc. It was pretty good, he put a lot of energy into it actually.

I... may have downloaded 10+ Mahouka episodes after watching this episode to rewatch the Mayumi scenes.

Interesting ending as well. Hoping that soldier will face Tatsuya as that'll look like a fight to watch.
