Fushi has become quite something now. He's still far from being invincible, so casualties were unavoidable.
Pretty shocking that Fushi faints in one scene and in the next he wakes up and immediately realizes his friends died. Well, it's not like they're permanently dead.

The scene of Fushi waking to learn of more deaths surprised me the most as it was an alternative way to see war casualties. Still, the idea that Fushi can actually revive the dead is too weird to buy it that easily. Even that novel from Sasuke made an important statement about how life must not trivialized. There must be a negative part.

quite the chapter with the three inmortals, I believe that fushi thinks that those 3 are special and the only ones that can come back until he sees march.
like messar said they are cheating, but there is always a downside of great power like that and is how gruesome it is. |

This battle is really quite something. I'm also waiting for the other shoe to drop because Fushi being able to resurrect people over and over sounds too good to be true. The three have also gotten a bit too used to getting killed, even killing themselves in order to fast travel. It's a very smart use of Fushi's powers, but doesn't it cheapen life?

Yea, I haven't checked out yet but I'm getting impatient. I want to see Fushi's reaction and the keep avoiding it. I want to see this war end and get back to some more day to day stuff with them, curious to see how it goes once he realizes he can revive any of his spawns. Well, assuming he can revive any of them. Maybe it's limited to the "souls" who were following him around? (shrug)

According to the preview we'll get the reunion with March next week.

By it being limited to the ones who stuck with Fushi I meant that the ones like Pioran and Parona who are nowhere to be seen have likely moved on to the afterlife so it's impossible for them to come back.

I'm not sure what "ending vids" you're referring to. The characters depicted on the wooden wall are those that Fushi has internalized like March. The number has grown and fallen ever since the first episode of season one.

Man this show is emotionally tiring to watch. Feels so depressing. Looking forward to when things turn around. Hopefully with March finally reuniting with Fushi we'll get some movement in that direction.
Yup, seems logical. As for Gugu, was the cord cut back then? Probably not. That seems to be a prerequisite for revival. |
