What was the point of poisoning the Highlander if their goal was destroying the magic circle? Turning her into a super OP monster (from a kind of useless noble) just makes everything much more difficult (especially if you then try to prevent casualties). They could have just stealthily destroyed the magic circle and been done with it, or if she can revive the circle just one dagger to the heart would solve things much better. Even some decent deadly poison would be better than this. I have some serious doubts about the sanity of whoever thought that a poison that turns your opponent into an equivalent of an atomic bomb is a good thing to randomly spread for assassinations on your own land.
If they want to use the powder, wouldn't infiltrating Highland island and sprinkling it onto food/water to infect several dozen people at once just get rid of the whole problem? I am not going into the "who is right" question, but I at least now know for sure the answer to "who is absolutely incompetent bumbling idiot". They couldn't even wait two days for the two strongest people in hundreds of miles to pack and go (despite being fully informed of their leaving soon). Last edited by Rasty; 2023-01-30 at 17:51. |

I presume the Bloodchain Brigade's leader went into negotiation mode because he was aware that fighting Inglis would derail his plans, also because he was intrigued by her power level (since he appears to have powers pretty similar to hers).

This episode was pretty good. It was a good mix of Ingris showing her ridiculousness, fun parts, and some serious/informative content. Also, the best part of the series is of course the chemistry between the characters.
Overall I feel like I see no major problems with the series except for how stupid the whole rebel force is. Everything else even kind of makes sense. |

Ingris is such a kind woman. She fought so hard to protect the innocent citizens around, and definitely wasn't just having fun exercise time and protecting her delicious food. She also wants to not only protect Ripple's safety but even cares for her heart so much, that she is willing to fight uncountable amounts of magic beasts so that she has no regrets!
Seems like Lafinia is gonna have it hard to find a husband. I also wonder whether Ingris will eventually settle with a guy (despite her past life) or just create her own yuri harem. |

So, the "malware" implemented in the cat-ear-sky-blessed-battle-princess is to absorb mana from nearby holyknight, and generates monsters when reaching a certain amount. It doesn't absorb mana for the oppai-chan. Since oppai-chan is blessed by goddess. she possesses spiritual power instead of mana. Other students look down oppai-chan due to her missing mana. To prove herself as a capable figher, oppai-chan uses her spiritual power to simulate mana energy. The ace of the third year students appears to be an oxymoron. THe ace of the second year students lacks enthusiasm, but oppai-chan praises the girl's ability.

Kind of a trashy gender swap power fantasy but still moderately entertaining. I have no idea why the antagonist from last episode just disintegrated but whatever mysteries there were about the world or the Highlanders just kinda took a backseat to more ass kicking. Somehow we need to find another battle junkie series for Akari Kitou if nothing else.

Inglis and Rafinha are food lovers. Consuming large amount of carbohydrate does not make their waist bloating. All excessive fat cells grow in the "right places". The king does his homework and he knows how to reward them. Inglis has been in the highest political position in her previous life, so she is not interested in the similar reward. The episode lays out the world building and each faction. The man with black mask: The rebel leader whose power is equally matched as Inglis. His organization is as mysterious as Shadow Garden in "I want to be a strong person in darkness". Leone Olfa: Her brother Leon(as the deserter of Holy Knight) causes her misery. She gets over it. After fighting the monster, Leon takes leave. Leone turns her head away. It appears she knows they will cross path again. Eris (エリス): She is the human weapon, as the gift from sky people to earth kingdom. Maybe some type of beings in Girls Frontline and Nikke. She can become weapon and use by Leon. The user of the weapon is called holy knight. The latest episode reveals the user has to make some sacrifice as the price. Last edited by scififan; 2023-03-28 at 00:57. |
