I suppose it was to be expected that it would cliffhanger on the introduction of the Khaos Brigade. The closet scene, in my opinion, wasn't done much justice because Ise's internal thoughts weren't there, but you can't adapt everything. Still a great episode, nonetheless. Dat Yasaka tho.

As far as episodes go they covered about what's expected and not much stands out but i give it a low grade because you took one of the better ecchi scenes that DxD has and completely screwed the pooch. You literally have one angle where Issei and Asia are barely able to fit in the closet and then all of the sudden it's enough to hold everybody. Yeah come on now.

Anyone recognize the places the crew visited this episode? I recognized Ginkakuji, Kinkakuji, and the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Curious what other places they visited in that Arashiyama area.

In Arashiyama they were supposed to visit Tenryuu-ji which is named after Ddraig/Albion but I think it got cut.

Being unfamiliar with the source material, I was just laughing my ass off at the closet scene. It's so typical and expected and steamy. Hahaha I love it.

However there's still a lot of story to go, even beyond this season. Like, how much further can this even escalate?
