The Belmonds are a Bertrum Count house. One of their daughters is paired up with either Kouta or Rei, the 2 boys that got transported along the Lighting Hero Rui.

I wonder what Liselotte's family will give Rio as reward... Rio's real identity is on the verge of being exposed/revealed too. The next volume won't come out earlier than September it seems... I just hope we will get a summary of Liselotte's returning journey or maybe CD Drama about it. Give me more wholesome Aishia and Rio moments too...

God I wish. That could shake things up a bit. But this could go either way, from Rio simply hiding/lying about stuff, to deciding its a pain to keep hiding things (least likely because that would trouble Christina), to Reiss just deciding to appear and reveal everything...
Sadly, I don't think we will get a big pay-off to Duke Gregory's inquiry until much later.

Well Rio is a beta and coward and I can't see the first developed relationship (or harem member if author doesn't go monogamy/bigamy route which I hope because other than harem route will be a waste imo) being with Liselotte. At most her father will joke about it and Liselotte will get red faced and say "Father, stop joking!" Ah ah... Liselotte must know Rio would be bothered if they offer marriage.

Rio being troubled with refusing with Duke cretia's offer of Liselotte's hand in marriege is definitely going to be a thing~ and unless the author is going for monogamy or bigamy (which would be the biggest wtf move from the author for me after all the heroines introduced) then nothing would come of it~ i can only see this being a harem route if the girls go for the offensive themselves~

O.K., so I am or will be following the anime more than the LN. I know that Ayase was betrothed to Haruto before the train accident and that Rio is Haruto's reincarnation. However, which girl is the female protagonist and which girl does the LN hint at being Rio's true love?

Celia and Miharu, these two definitely take lead in romance.

My personal opinion after read to latest volume, both are tie and the story really push these two as MC's love interesting so hard.

if Rio gonna end up with someone, it must be Celia and Miharu and i can't really imagine Rio ditch one of them for other.

If we go solely by word count... I am willing to bet on Miharu. However, its complicated.
Miharu is introduced in the 1st Vol just to give context to Haruto's memories. In Vol 1 Celia is undeniably the main heroine. BUt after Vol 1, Rio leaves, with Celia blurring into the background.
Miharu is re-introduced in Vol 4. Rio rescues Celia in Vol. 5. From then on, the 2 of them appear and disappear, while playing more important roles in a Vol or another.
In Vol 6, Liselotte or Flora are closer to be the main heroine, but Celia has some spotlight because of a big fight breaks out.
In Vols 8 to 10, Miharu has basically the main heroine role, with Rio debating whether he should push her away or not.

In Vol 11 Celia shares the spotlight with Princess Christina, has some prominence in Vol 12 and 13.
Then in Vol 16 onwards Celia and Miharu share almost as much screentime.

So, because of the Vols 8 to 10 and Vols 11 to 13 comparison, I would say Miharu is on the lead.

I will leave you with something Rio himself said (paraphrasing because my memory isn't perfect): "If Miharu is Haruto's childhood friend, Celia-sensei is my childhood friend in this life (Rio's)"

-There is an harem, in the sense that many grls like him. Polygamy is the norm in this world. Let alone marring several girls, he just now got around the idea of loving and being loved, because he has an inferiority complex, thinking of himself as not being someone deserving of love. This changed in the last 3 Vols... Kinda.
-Not really resolved. They are still far apart and she feels like shit for helping her scumbag step-bro.
-LN is still going. We don't think its wrapping up. in fact, author said Vol 20 (next one) would be huge change, just like Vol 10.

Tbf, they could skip a lot of the academy at the beginning. Sadly they may cut some of the Celia scenes, but definitely cut on the Flora/Christina dynamic with Rio (staying far away)
I am convinced Vol 3 will be 1 episode, too.
