Pretty sickening how you could exploit someone visiting a grave for a cheap tabloid story, and I'm not just saying that because it's Chihaya we're talking about. Although, that certainly does add fuel to the fire. It's actually pretty realistic in terms of tabloid journalism, though. They'll grab anything they can find.

Well just how much do we know about the other characters? *thinks for a second* There's only so much we know about each character. Sure, we do know a few things about each of the idols but there's a part or two about them missing. I mean I didnt know that....

Spoiler for about Hibiki and Miki:

Hibiki's father passed away when she was little and that Miki had an older sister

...until recently.

And what'd you expect from Kuroi?! He's a pathetic old man that takes any measure to try and crush 765Pro for personal reasons...which is too bad seeing as he's already an "accomplished" president of a huge production agency.

...there "will" be tears? I teared up at the end of ep.19. I'm sure I'll be crying through most of this upcoming episode.

That's true, Takane isn't the only mystery, but a lot of the other idols exposed a lot more of themselves during the featured episodes. Let's take, oh let's say, Yayoi. We basically got to see her entire life, why she's an idol, what she does at home etc. And it was glooooorious, but that's besides the point. This show takes all kinds, and it's probably a good thing that the different characters expose themselves in different ways, and to different degrees. Variety is this one of the show's greatest strengths, after all, and there will never be enough time to thoroughly explore thirteen characters in a mere 25 episodes.

I'm somewhat of a fan of Kotori-san. Not to mention she does have her own fan base...though it may not be as large as the other idols'.

She does have her moments...and her own songs. You'll occasionally find a song sung by her from time to time like "Sora" or "Hana". You could also say that she has her own "unofficial"(...or would it be considered official?) intro line for "Danketsu". In the CD "THE iDOLM@STER BEST ALBUM: MASTER OF MASTER" she'll appear during the "talk" track and comment on how interesting the song was and make a line for her own introductions. LOL

...and while I do pray that there will be a happy ending for Chihaya, I dont think those are the kind of things she's looking for.

"To whom it may concern"? Hmph, you trying to overload my brain with Yayoi-goodness? Well its too late, I finished playing through Yayoi's story in iM@S2 and when she called the producer = me, "Onii-chan", there is very little left that you can do to overload my brain.

...anyway, as far as things about Chihaya goes I was kinda glad that the song she was ABOUT to sing at the end of ep.19 was "Aoi Tori". It seems that more I learn about Chihaya that the song seems even more fit for her.

I always loved Sora and ID:[OL] the most from Kotori-san, the latter of which is just plain ol' fun and awesome.

Kuroi's stunts are cheap but necessary. More fans raging ultimately leads to more people getting attached to the series and thus improving the sales. Can't have a good anime without some drama.

Yeah, it seems that Chihaya is the "tragic heroine" of iM@S...

I mean sure, Yayoi's family is poor but they're not that "poor". Its not enough to be called a "tragedy". Depending on how things turn out then MAYBE Takane might fall into the category but she's a real mystery as we learned in this episode.

...and what happend to Chihaya at the end of this episode must be DEVASTATING to Chihaya. Singing is her life. She's using the fact of becoming an idol as a stepping stone to become a world famous singer, hence in the earlier episodes she showed very little enthusiasm in her idol activities. She seemed to be enjoying things recently, especially when she was on "Nama'suka?", she actually laughed...but then this had to happen. DAMN YOU KUROI...*shakes fist in air*

...though Yukiho could have suffered through a tragedy as well. There were rumors that they'd get rid of her character if they couldnt find a new VA for her. Good thing they found one.
