The thought of that happening in the end is just...
 They would have lots of little Vampire Fairies running around, and Tsukune's mom would have a heart attack lol.

Akuha rape Tsukune? lol
But there could be a possible interaction between Tsukune and Akuha that might re- trigger Moka's vamp powers to the extent. Anyways Akuha's claw slice attack will be evaded by Moka's after image obviously later on if they fight.

akuha rape tsukune i can see it now akuha would be like come with me tsukune and then inner mokas like dont go tsukune and he's like im no going to go and then akuha takes tsukunes arm and they walk away and akuha is holding he's arm tightly and they go in a master bed room and akuha takes of her clothes and then tsukune is like what are you doing and then akuha gets on top of him kissing him everywhere and he try's to pull her away but he cant then he yells for inner moka and she comes running in and kicks akuha to the wall and says tsukune are u all right (inner moka blushing) and then akuha runs to tsukune and puts her nail toward he's neck and thats when the fight begins.
