Slaine gets his own unit and Saazbaun descends.
It's still unclear just how widespread Asseylum's broadcast was, but at the very least it seems that Saazbaum was able to pick it up -- hence his fortress going to Russia in a hurry.
Also, it figures that the Deucalion was piloted originally by his girlfriend. Yet ANOTHER reason for him to be pissed off at the Vers royalty (specifically Asseylum's dad).
Inaho's behavior with Rayet makes no sense at all. He shot Slaine because he suspected he was an assassin but to a real assassin he does this?
I laughed at the CPR scene, what a contrast to the one with Slaine and Asselyum. All professional without any ounce of romantic or sexual tension even if they are older, plus they were being watched. While Slaine and Asselyum was portrayed in a very different light, including the ost selection Asseylum magically had a towel too. Where did that come from?
What's up with the foreshadowing with Slaine and the Tharsis? I know we have speculated he can use Aldnoah but it seems too easy to be truth.

I'll be blunt. He was probably thinking with his dick. But yes, a properly done CPR scene in an anime. Honestly shocking
Slaine was set free by Saucebaum and free to either become an enemy or an ally.. or avoid the conflict all together.
But with this the debt to Slaine's father is fully repaid

Isn't it obvious Slaine is more connected to the story than Inaho is and once Slaine gets into contact with Asselyum she will leave and most likely so too will Rayet, leaving Inaho and the rest of the Earthling crew pointless, and giving us no reason to even think about them anymore. The writers are trying to protect Inaho's position as a protagonist.
Inaho seem to be genuinely about caring for the Asseylum, he keep tried to hid it using the "This is for the war" excuse but obviously it written all over the face that even if I'm not Yuki I can still see it. Seeing Inaho like that might just make me ship Inaho and Asseylum.
Had the Martian just do what they tell and colonized the Mars like they were sent to do maybe they will have their shared of chickens, airs and waters. You want independent on that shitty unlivable planet? You have it now and you got what you got, a shitty uninhabitable mass of barren lands. Martians, you have no one to blame but your shitty ass greedy-self. Earth is likely to become another barren land after this war is over, a job fucking well done Martians, very much so...
terraforming a planet is hard, and I don't think have the technology to do it yet

This show is kind of forcing me to bring Gundam Age into the picture . For all that show got wrong at least the people invading the Earth actually understood that dropping things onto it and ruining the environment won't make it a good place to live on! If you want a planet for its resources and to live there, you probably should fight your wars with the mindset of not ruining it.
