Has anyone come with any good theories on how the stakes are being driven into the victim's heads? Some kind of projectile weapon has to be involved. |

Yes, episode 4 contains episodes 1 through 4. Episode 5 is not released yet and only contains episode 5. Quote:
Ex) Someone opens the door to the boiler room = stake fired into their chest. Also it has a timer: Ex) Someone lies on the bed for a few mins = stake fired into their head. (Of course Eva would have probably noticed it) |

Setting a trap that "will" hit someone in the head is quite tricky. Especially if the weapon is a thin as a stake. The head is not all that big and in Eva's case, the bed is. How would you know which side of the bed to have the thing aimed?

And when you think about the angle of the shot, it's the forehead. Given the narrow angle of a slightly opened door with a chain, she'd have to be looking at the opening to even be shot in the forehead. Given the size of the stake it'd have to be a larger than usual crossbow methinks, and clearly Eva would have noticed a big thing peeking through the door and given her martial arts training getting out of the way wouldn't be to hard.

Both were killed by another person! It is not the case that, after the construction of the closed room, one of them committed suicide after committing murder! Furthermore, the murder was carried out with both the victim and the perpetrator in the same room! No method exists for the perpetrator to commit murder from outside the room!" So mabye the perpetrator had a controller hiding under one of the beds and waited for her to be in just the right spot. |

I think this theory explains everything from EP1, including Eva's and Hideyoshi's deaths... and btw... I don't think we should be discussing those things here... maybe it's better on the EP4 thread... or else Klash might close this for the 3rd time... and this time for a long time too...

even so I think we should just discuss things, I mean, facts we already know about EP5 and not trying to solve the other Episodes here... *actually I'm just afraid Klash might close this thread for good until the game is released*

Spoiler for My Treasured Red Sword!:
I also have a theory that every magic that happens in the game might all be in their heads. Especially with Ange, as it seems she discovered she can do just about anything with magic. Just as kids think they can in their imaginations. But even I myself wouldn't like to believe that. |

People I can't read 41 pages to see if anyone has come up with the same theory I have about that ''rose'', in the new OP (0:23) we can see maria watching the ''rose'' in one frame and that misterious girl's eye in the other one, so she MUST be the ''rose''.
But here's the thing, I think that the ''rose'' could be the embodiment of someone else, maybe the infamous black witch has taken the form of a ''rose''... |

Another detail from the OP (but not regarding this theory): when the chessboard is shown with all the characters in it (1:18) Rosa is nowhere to be seen. |
