The only thing I heard was that there was an interview among the staffs and seiyuus right after the end of R2. And the seiyuus were criticizing Lelouch. It reminded me of how all the seiyuus were criticizing Kira & Lacus's action in GSD

I remember this one. If I recall there was a scene with Kallen and Suzaku teaming up for a bit with some discussion on the origin of his named spin kick.

If I remember at the end Suzaku thanks Lelouch but couldn't forgive him yet for what occurred in R1 due to him.

Sort of. Suzaku wishes a happy birthday to Lelouch, but at the same time makes it clear that he won't thank him at all because he thinks that Lelouch's sins are too grave. It ties well into the whole reconciled, but neither forgiven nor forgotten relationship they had by the end of R2.

Has it been confirmed that CLAMP is returning to do the character design work like for the first two seasons? They do excellent work, but sometimes their character designs just end up looking very odd, like in the following screenshot.

2017 is the 'date' for the first recap movie. We'll be lucky to get R3 in 2018
