I guess it's about time I made a request myself...
I would like an animated GIF avatar from S2, Episode 26, from this scene (focusing on Mio): Spoiler:
If possible, add the character 天 to as it well (red) (I hope you know who I'm referencing here...). Thanks!

Hi everyone, I need help on making my avatar's size into 100x100 pixels. Can someone help me with it? I'm glad you can post animated gifs here in AS which can be bigger than 19.5 kb
I also need help on designing my signature. Do you know any websites where I can choose a design for my signature? Any help would be appreciated, thanks. P.S. Please don't claim my avatar and signature, thanks.

The glows on the "Don't say lazy" texts also looks quite too bright. I think it's better to reduce them too. Also, if you have a font which style is quite "thin", it might fit better. And the outer glows on the characters... I think these ones need to be increased try adding the "spread" about 1-5, and the "size" about 10-15. Thin glows can sometimes show our flaws when extracting the characters

Thanks for your feedback once again, Ryonea! Here's my second try.
EDIT: Who was the nice person who gave me +rep? I wish people would put their names in the box next time...

Quick notice to everyone that has been using my freebie signatures (especially those who use them on sites other than Animesuki forums):
I'm in the process of moving those signatures into a picture album on this site from Photobucket. There are two main reasons: 1. Bandwidth. I've noticed alot of you are hotlinking the images directly from the Photobucket album, and this is adding up to the monthly bandwidth limit (and I don't want everyone's signatures to turn into "Bandwidth exceeded" notices ) 2. I have plans to remake some of those signatures to look a little better, but this might take some time (which I often don't have a lot of ). You may find the album here: http://forums.animesuki.com/album.php?albumid=3317 So for best results, save the image to your hard drive and host the image yourself if you aren't using the signatures on this forum... If you are using them on this forum, please make sure someone else isn't already using them... Thanks for understanding.

This is my first time ever working with Photoshop- made a really basic signature but it's free for anyone to use if they want it. Let me know if you want any adjustments made, but I barely know anything about the program at the moment, as a heads up.
[EDIT]Here's an updated version! Hopefully I learned how to compress the file size to a safe level properly. Also added a border- it's free for anyone who wants it.

If you want, you can add a simple border to the whole signature under Edit -> Stroke..., to which you can then add a second border by using Blending Options -> Stroke. Create a new layer first on top of all the other layers, then do Ctrl + A to select the canvas before creating the first border. I'll let you off the hook regarding the size limits for now...

Assuming that you only have Photoshop CS4 or CS5 (and no Fireworks), your best option is to generally save as a JPEG or GIF or even PNG-8 (rather than PNG-24, although GIFs and PNG-8 are generally limited to 256 colours) using Save for Web & Devices (Alt+Shift+Ctrl+S). This will allow you to fine tweak the quality of the output picture so its file size fits under the limit.
