Don't like how Skype doesn't link to your hotmail account too

At least give that feature back if they want to shut down Messenger

I don't think they would do that since not all Skype users use Hotmail.

To hell with them. We already have a separate button to log in, the messenger button and the regular skype login.

Apparently the Messenger service itself will stop around the same time next year in 2014.
