Sanji! Who always knows how to make an excellent entrance, usually while lighting a cigarette. He pulls it off so well because of his sleek style and his very nice catch phrases. Sanji is #1 Coolest One Piece Character!

I'll agree to your choice of Brook as well, he's hilariously cool.

I guess what we're choosing as cool is 'alternative cool'. People who are so unique, they are in a cool of their own class.

Of course the manly guys like Zoro and Sanji are cool, but they're just great normal cool, not insane cool like the ones we think coolest lol

For me it would be Zoro all the way. Just like his skills the most.
Second place is for Nico Robin. Ice cold in fights yet charming outside of it.
Third place is for Brook because of the bone gags. Can't get enough of them x)

I just like Luffy. I refer "coolness" something close to "manliness". Luffy, Zoro or Sanji are all daredevils with such confidence, courage and great dreams. But the one who wee see is the most straight forward and decisive is Luffy.

I'll give you that, hell his entire crew is awesome, a bear that knows Tae-Kwon-Do! And he got a former pirate captain to join-up, in fact I'm pretty sure he's the first to do something like that all series.
