Haha, I posted that on GameFAQ's for koda a couple hours ago. As I said before, I think it was done by Sakou Yukie. However, I don't know if it's going to be scanned well because her website says that the works that she's releasing at C75 (where I believe this is from, someone mentioned earlier in this thread that she was releasing Rolo doujins) are not official, and doujin works rarely get scanned.

As this image only occupy half the page, I'm able to scan it. Here it is. I wonder how to scan the two pages spread which will definitely have part of the image cropped off in the middle.
