Absolutely do not sell him. Raise his NP in the Noble Phantasm menu (under "Enhance"). You combine the cards, raising his NP to level 2, and then his NP will do more damage and you'll be able to overcharge it. There is no legitimate reason to have duplicate Servants, and there is nothing to gain this early in the game in selling a gold Servant.

As for the silver and bronze Servants, don't sell those either until you've gotten the NP up to level 5. Then you can sell any additional copies of the Servants for Mana Prisms (silver) or use them as EXP (bronze).

LOCK YOUR SERVANTS AND CES. You DO NOT want to accidentally delete a Servant you didn't want to.

At this point, use them. Having more Servants is always eventually useful, but the EXP and some of the CEs you can get from the FP summon can help you immediately.

Just nice that they did release an English version for this thing. Didn't really have a decent phone anyways before now so didn't think about getting into the JP version, so timing of the new phone and this version aligned nicely.

Cu Caster (storylock) - Fuyuki - unlocks Saber Alter (Story Gacha), Kiyohime - Orleans (France) - unlocks Caster Gilles (Story Gacha), Boudica - Septem (Rome) - unlocks Nero (Story Gacha).

You can only get SSR in the 2nd roll. The first ten-roll summon is limited to SR servants. And after all my whaling previously, I don't think I've ever gotten 2 SSR in one ten more than 3 times. Good luck to you.

So, is Quartz purchasing disabled on NA version? Keeps saying "Information from the transaction server cannot be loaded correctly" and to review my settings.

I did do that, but cannot find anything that may block google purchases.

You mean how many tries to beat that quest? 1 try since I only really tried it when I saw the lvl50 Waver. Now I have him in my list so I can farm 40AP more
