Nah, Haruhi-sama can't be bound to anyone. There's no way Rozen can create something greater than himself. That's clearly Haruhi-sama's doll. And she picked the design that suits Haruhi more. While I'm a Shinku fan, I don't think her personality would suit Haruhi. Haruhi is...eh... well, let's just say that she works in mysterious ways and Suigintou-type design compliment her personality better (or maybe Kira ).

I don't think Haruhi would be so lenient to accept replication... She despises being copied, being one of the crowd. That's clearly her way to show that this game is over
