How many chapters has it been since central 46 in the SS arc? In the end Momo still has a stab wound through her chest and Hitsugaya is still one-shotted leaving him with a shattered bankai, and a bloodied body lying on the floor...deja vu?

I figure for Shunsui's ability to actually do damage it would require him to know where his target is. He can stab a phantom image all he wants and it won't hurt Aizen.
